Hi, Think of buying an apartment in Porur near ramachandra medical college.. wanted to check if the area is developed and is good for investment purpose?

As far as the investment is concerned you can get a good rental return due to the colleges and other companies which lie down the Mount Poonamalee High road. If you are looking for a good resale value we would suggest you to invest in projects on the OMR and if you are looking for long term investment you can consider the projects on the GST and in Oragadam.
